Wayne joined SES Energy in 2010 as General Manager for Africa, and has held various roles across the organisation and is now Chief Commercial Officer, where he is responsible for the Global Business Units, P&L and Strategic Development, including OpCos around the world and Aviation. Prior to joining SES, Wayne worked in the media industry for 16 years ultimately being responsible for a global portfolio of Magazines, Awards, Conferences and Websites across the Print and Packaging sectors with products in the UK, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, MENA and Australia. During this period, Wayne also held senior Publishing roles within the PR, Marketing and Travel sectors. Wayne has an MBA from Liverpool University and has attended the JSS Advanced Leadership Programme at Instead. Outside of work Wayne is married and lives on the South coast of England and enjoys playing sports including Hockey, Triathlons, Skiing and Surfing.

Michael joined SES Energy in 2011 as UK Operations Director and has held many different positions before taking on his current role as Chief Operating Officer. ‎ He is responsible for central functions to support the Global Business Units in the areas of Safety, Sustainability, Operations, Quality, Rental Fleet, Information Technology, Digitalisation, Engineering & Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial. ‎ Prior to joining SES, Michael worked with international high volume manufacturing companies for eight years with responsibilities for Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and overall site management. Before this, Michael worked for eight years as an aircraft engineer with the UK military. ‎ Michael is educated to MBA level, specialising in process re-engineering and has attended the John Swire and Son Advanced Leadership Programme at the Insead business school in France.

Neil joined SES Energy in 2025 as CFO. With extensive CFO experience from both public companies and private equity across multiple industries, with deep expertise in corporate finance, delivering growth strategies and M&A.
