SES Energy has appointed Hollie Lawson as VP Corporate Development & Transformation, strengthening the Group’s corporate development capability as it continues to pursue strategic growth and expansion.
The appointment supports SES Energy’s strategy to build on its existing platform by developing a wider portfolio of complementary energy services businesses across its target markets.
In this new role, Hollie will lead corporate development activity for the Group, including strategic M&A, partnerships and transformation initiatives that support long-term value creation.
SES Energy is actively assessing opportunities to expand its capabilities, geographic reach and customer offering through acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
The Group is particularly interested in established energy and industrial services businesses with strong market positions, specialist capabilities, quality customer relationships and clear potential for continued growth.
