SES Energy delivers training courses specifically designed to strengthen quality control and system management in helicopter operations. We are committed to enhancing the safety and reliability of offshore helicopter operations through comprehensive, industry-aligned helideck crew and Heli-Admin competency assessments.

Our services ensure that Helideck Landing Officers (HLOs), Helideck Assistants (HDAs) and Heli-Admins possess the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to operate confidently and safely during live helicopter operations on-board their assets. Assessments combine practical skill testing with verification of proficiency in aircraft handling, emergency response, communication and overall helideck safety management.

All competency assessments are conducted in accordance with internationally recognized standards, including CAP 437, ICAO guidance, and OPITO-aligned best practices.
